Gur ka atte Ka halwa


  • 1/2 cup ghanta ghar wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup desi ghee
  • 4 cups water
  • Cardomon powder
  • Few raisins
how to make:

Step-1: Take a deep pan put on the Flame and melt the ghee.

Step-2: Seive the ghanta ghar wheat flour and semolina together and put in the deep pan.

Step-3: In the meanwhile melt the Jaggery in the saucepan with 4 cups water and Cardomon.

Step-4: Saute till the color of the flour turns golden brown.

Step-5: When your flour turns it color and starts giving good frangnace add the melted Jaggery mixture and keep churning so that no lumps remain and water evaporates.

Step-5: Garnish with fried raisins and serve hot.
