Masala wheat bread


  • 125 gms ghanta ghar flour
  • 125 gms refined flour
  • 3/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp mint leaves chopped
  • 2 no. Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Warm water
how to make:

Step-1: Activate the yeast by add dry yeast and sugar in a warm water.

Step-2: Mix all the ingredients with wheat flour and maida.

Step-3: Make a well in a center add activated yeast,butter,oil and egg and knead a dough.

Step-4: Make a very soft dough and keep it aside covering with wet cloth till it doubles.

Step-5: When it turns double punch back the dough and give shape in greased bread mould and again keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins.

Step-6: Preheat the oven

Step-7: Brush the oil on the bread and bake it in the present heated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 15 - 20 minutes 8. Serve cold with ur pasta.
